After spending 4 days in hakata, fukuoka i must say its a really nice place. Not　like tokyo at all ofcause, but still has that metroplitan feel to it. Also a very modern city and really interesting, i might go there again. here are the pictures.

After spending a few days taking lots and lots of pictures with my new camera, i went to celebrate my birtday with two friends. We went out eating some japanese food i never tried before, was really good.

Here are the first couple of pictures

Sunday i spent going with some of my friends to a basketball match. It was fun seeing a match. Really quiret ordience to start with, but as the game progressed and go more and more intense, because it was a tie the last 10 minutes or so, plus 5 minutes of extended time which was a tie until 3 seconds before end.

Monday i will go to fukuoka (actually, what they dont tell anybody outside japan, is that there is no city named fukuoka.. its a prefecture, and the city itself we “gaijins” know, is actually named hakata.)

i have now arrived, and as a thanks while i was eating at a freshness-burger resturant they played a danish melody as background music Pretty wierd experince.

The weather today was awfull, like danish weather, and lots of rain and cold and more cold Maby i should have brought my winter clothing ?

Here are the pictures. A more detailed description must come later. So many pictures was a pretty borring task to prepare Enjoy.

A friend of mine made a 10m and 6m moxon, and we tested the 10m. We borrowed 9m antenna mast with rotator. We put in up saturday and could not hear anything, only one person really faint, but sunday morning it was possible to hear lots of people. Maby a bit like 20m ? Pictures of the test is avaliable!

With my friend Simon, we tried to receive the audio communication signal from the atlantis space shuttle when going up on the 8th of june. But we did not hear anything, so we will try to build better antennas for the next launch, but pictures of the attemt is right here. But it was fun
